Malam tadi, buat pertama kalinya Broadband Celcom saya di rumah mendapat liputan HSDPA. Kadangkala ke 3G. Tidak lama kemudian ke EDGE dengan berkelip-kelip warna hijau ala-ala lampu dada Ultraman di modem broadband itu. Namun boleh lagilah melayari beberapa laman web daripada beroperasi tidak ubah seperti dial up sebelum ini.
Semuanya kerana saya membuat aduan melalui e-mel kepada careline@celcom.com.my atas saranan Mat Rock (Irwan Effendy).

Saya menggunakan pakej pejabat dengan bayaran RM90 daripada RM98 harga di pasaran. Celcom ada menawarkan pakej lebih murah dengan kontrak tidak boleh menamatkan perkhidmatan selama 24 bulan. Hakikatnya yang bayaran RM90/RM98 pun ada kontrak 12 bulan. Sekiranya mahu ditamatkan, perlulah bayar RM150.
Hah tidak semena-mena saya menaikkan suara kepada "awek" di Celcom 1111! Semuanya tiada dimaklumkan dalam kontrak.
Tetapi saya tidaklah akan marah sekiranya Celcom Broadband di rumah boleh mendapat liputan HSDPA sepanjang masa:)

Aku pun guna RM90 tur, tapi skrg aku dh batalkan kontrak RM150 kena penalty..tapi puas hati sbb byr RM90 tiap2 bulan tapi network slalu bengong, huhuh
